Stamped Lead-frames, Shields, and Antennas

Lead-frames, Antennas, and RF Shields are used in many modules and connectors, as well as special applications, and are typically applied to PC boards.   Antenna stampings are used to receive the electronic signal from hand-held actuator devices such as an automotive hand-held car lock device.   The RF shields are used to shield sensitive electronic components on a PC board from radio frequency interference signals.   Parts can be stamped from copper alloys, phosphor bronze, and high performance copper alloys, as well as from carbon steel.   These parts are typically supplied loose in special packaging such as vacuum-formed trays or tubes, but may also be bulk packed.
