We strive for continuous improvement in process and quality. The quality management systems in our plants are registered per TS-16949 and ISO-9001 certifications. In order to support these quality certifications, we have established the following objectives:
1. Customer Reported PPM of Zero: Quality is monitored during all steps of the production process using the IATF 16949:2016 quality systems to provide the lowest possible PPM of non-conforming parts to our customers. All parts have 100% tractability back to the raw material batch number
2. 100% On-Time Delivery: Work Orders are tracked through all phases of production from the time an order is placed to final delivery to the customer. On time metrics are reviewed monthly by top management to find and correct any potential problems.
3. Continuous Improvement: We value and encourage innovation throughout our organization and continually look for new ways to provide better value for our customers, employees, and suppliers.
4. Exceptional Response Time: We value our customers’ time and know that when we are asked a question or posed a problem, our customers are looking for a quick response. As a cross-functional and dedicated team, we can work together to get responses back efficiently and quickly.
