Our 34,000 square foot facility has 35 stamping presses ranging from 30-60 tons. Automatic material handling equipment such as reeling machines, cradle de-reeling machines, and coil straighteners are integrated in a support role to the stamping presses. Dies and presses are equipped with safety systems (i.e. weld and buckle detectors) to prevent major damage in the event of any die problems. Presses and equipment are set up for a variety of processes including high speed stamping to forming, singulating, and packaging loose parts, as well as post-cleaning operations. With this range of equipment, Neutronic is capable of manufacturing a large variety of parts in any production quantity.
